The sitting room has the original wood panelled walls and stone floor. French doors lead to the garden. There is an open fire, Freeview SKY television, a DVD and a CD player and, WiFi, and a selection of DVDs, books and games.

The spacious kitchen/diner is fully equipped with electric hob and built in oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A full range of equipment, utensils and crockery is also provided. The is a utility room with washer/dryer and a downstairs toilet.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom with and a single bed, an en-suite bathroom (no shower). The second bedroom has twin beds with en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower). Heating and bed linen is included in the rental. There is also a drying room.

From the sitting room the French windows lead to a private garden, laid to lawn, with garden furniture in a patio area.
