Kitchen equipped with washing machine, freezer, fridge, electric cooker, microwave. New bathroom with shower over bath. South facing sunny garden with furniture. Private parking for one car. 5 minutes walk to centre of Ambleside

5 SMITHY BROW (sleeps 4, 1D1T): Grade II listed traditional Lakeland cottage with beamed ceilings. Very convenient location only 2 minutes level walk from centre. Private parking. Bench at back for sitting out

The cottages offer various bedroom arrangements, modern bathrooms, mostly with open plan living areas (some with separate kitchen). Heating etc is included in rent. Only extra would be for bed linen hire at £12 double bed, £8 single.
Short breaks out of school holidays at the following percentages of weekly rates: 2 nights 50%; 3 nights 60%; 4 nights 70%; 5 nights 80%; 6 nights 90%
