Our comfortable, fully insulated, modernised barn is situated in a small hamlet surrounded by beautiful countryside with beaches, lakes and forests nearby. We are ten miles from Dinan, twenty-three from St Malo's port and sixteen from Dinard airport. The nearest beach is ten miles away. Plancoet and Plelan le Petit, which offer supermarkets, shops and restaurants,are approximately 4 and 3 miles from us respectively.

The barn's private, enclosed, south-facing garden with patio furniture and gas BBQ leads to the high-quality accommodation consisting of open-plan living/dining room with UK free-sat TV, DVD player, fireplace with woodburner and well-equipped, spacious kitchen area: we also have WiFi. There is a selection of books and we are happy to lend guests dvds from our extensive collection. The open staircase leads to the first-floor bedroom which has a king size bed with summer/winter duvets and plenty of storage; also to the modern, fully tiled shower-room. There are electric radiators throughout the gite.

The rental includes all linen, electricity and heating. The English owners live next-door and we are usually on hand to help wherever we can. There is a no smoking policy in line with French law. The accommodation is unsuitable for children or pets. Our change-over is Friday.
