HolidayBank is provided for the users' personal and non-commercial use. You may view any part of the site and print any individual page for your own personal use. HolidayBank strives to ensure that all information provided on this site is accurate. However, we cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies in any material or information that is provided by third parties – such as property details – which are accepted in good faith.

HolidayBank therefore accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss that may arise either directly or indirectly from the use of information supplied by HolidayBank. Where evidence of misleading or incorrect information is detected and notified to us, we will make every effort to rectify it or remove it from the site.

Making a booking

To make a booking enquiry or booking, you warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you have the legal authority and finances to do so. Furthermore, you agree that any personal information you supply about your status is true and accurate.

Once you have confirmed a booking with an owner, advertiser or third party you will ensure that all monies are paid promptly and in full as required. Where third party services and suppliers are contracted via HolidayBank, you will abide by the companies own Terms and Conditions and any contract that you make with them without prejudice to HolidayBank.

Entering a rental agreement

Before starting your holiday, please ensure that you have written confirmation of your holiday rental from the owner or agent and that you have proof that you have paid your rental in full. HolidayBank will not become involved in disputes where this has not taken place. Please also refer to Holidaymaker FAQs for more information.

Advertising a property

To advertise a property for holiday rental purposes on HolidayBank, you warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you have the legal authority to do so – either as an owner of the property involved or an appointed agent representing the interests of the legal owner.

Limit of liability

The HolidayBank website is intended to be accessed 24 hours a day, all year round. However, we cannot warrant that the site may not be temporarily suspended or not updated to allow for essential repairs and maintenance to be conducted on the site.

In no event shall HolidayBank be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the HolidayBank website and any information contained therein.
