A laundry and a modern, fully fitted kitchen. Walk through the long, tilled hallway past a shower room, into a spacious formal sitting room. This part was stylishly developed in 2002. This room is set up to be used as a large home entertainment area with stunning views across the lake and the valley. Off to the side is a cosy study. Upstairs are two very large double bedrooms, which share a modern spacious bathroom. All these rooms open out to a covered wooden veranda which wraps around the new part of the house. There is a second baby pool which is attached to the main pool which was designed for small children or reading and relaxing. Garden furniture is provided. Outside Fun Rivendell is suitable for a large family, a group of friends or two families together.Next to the open plan kitchen there is a table with 2 benches for enjoying eating outside on the deck.
