Romagnella is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, fields of sunflowers and red poppies and is set in the gentle Umbrian hills of middle Italy.
The ground floor apartment has been designed as a completely private holiday accommodation with its own terrace, lawns, pergola and parking area.
If you would like to book the property as a two bedroom villa, the prices are as follows:
Spring: 1 april - 30 june £540.
Summer: 1 July - 31 August £680.
Autumn: 1 Sept - 30 Oct £540.
Winter: 1 Nov - 31 March £330.

The gardens fragrant with jasmine, roses, geraniums, bourgainvilla, and honeysuckle provide shady areas for eating out and sunny patios for realaxation.
The beautiful 10 x 5 metre swimming pool in the lower garden, fully equipped with loungers and umbrellas, is exclusively for the use of the guests living in the apartment. It has panoramic views of the surrounding hills with their historic hilltop villages.
Iain and Diane provide a warm welcome and are happy to give details of local restaurants and places of interest. They live in a totally separate part of the farmhouse with their own gardens and entrance to ensure your complete privacy. Depending on availability Romagnella can be offered as a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment.
