Some of these properties will be featured by Wyndham Vacation Rentals (UK) Ltd or other agencies, acting as a booking agent on behalf of the property owner. For such properties, this will be detailed under the price once a date has been selected. Click on the ‘Book Online’ button and you will be guided through the full booking process, with your booking confirmation being sent from the relevant agency. For bookings made closer to arrival, full payment will be due, otherwise you will be asked for a deposit.
Other Book Online properties are supplied directly by the owner and the owner has chosen to take advantage of the Holidaybank ‘Book Online’ service. For these properties your booking and contract is still directly with the owner, but your payment will be pre-authorised whilst we notify the owner of your pending booking. The availability will be instantly blocked out and upon acceptance by the owner; your payment will be processed. If your booking is within 6 weeks of your arrival date, full payment will be taken, otherwise you will only need to pay a deposit to Holidaybank and the remainder directly to the owner by the date they advise. If the property owner declines the booking, no payment will be taken and you will be able to look for an alternative property.
