About Amici Villas

The owners of Amici Villas, Marianne and Andrew Newell, have lived in Italy since 1980.  They went to live there by chance following a holiday – falling in love with – and then painstakingly restoring an historic ‘ruin’ using local builders and traditional materials. 
Now they let out part of their magnificent house to holidaymakers on HolidayBank and also manage the holiday homes of several friends, family and local Italians who approached them to manage their own properties for them. Now they have a growing portfolio of lovely villas and apartments in Umbria and Tuscany that can be rented by HolidayBank customers.

Marianne and Andrew personally monitor the properties, meet guests and are on-site to offer advice and help, thus making your stay in these beautiful regions of Italy a real pleasure.
