Sleeps 6 (Can be arranged as 2 doubles and 1 twins OR 1 double and 2 twins.

Cottages - Our four properties are set in a quiet relaxing, unspoilt Norfolk village two miles inland from the traditional seaside town of Sheringham and the coast, and four miles from the pretty Georgian market town of Holt - full of shops and coffee stops making it perfect for a spot of retail therapy.

A range of accommodation is provided by way of conversions of the old farm buildings which are set around an enclosed courtyard formed from the original farmyard. The properties include a former farm workers cottage, the old farm Wash House and the stables where the plough horses were kept. Each property retains original features giving individuality. Two of the properties have no steps and are entirely on the ground floor

There are two good local pubs, many good restaurants and a small shop/cafe in the nearby village of High Kelling. Close by are the National Trust properties of Felbrigg, Sheringham Park and Blickling Hall. There is a covered 6 lane bowling alley, together with indoor heated swimming pool and gym less than a mile away. Excellent for walking with miles of permissive footpaths across the farm fields which start from the door step.

The cottages are fully equipped and most have been awarded 4 star Gold rating by the Tourist Board reflecting the level of accommodation provided.

There is small CS Caravan & Camping Site on the farm with electric hook up fresh water and CDP. Please note that showers and toilets are not provided on the site.

Completed in 2007, the Riding Stable is furnished to a high standard with the accent on easy living. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen, and open plan lounge/diner with French doors to garden together with a pretty double bedroom with adjacent shower/ wet room. Upstairs off the small gallery, two attractive bedrooms, one twin, one double (which can convert to a twin if required). Bathroom with hand held shower. Biomass boiler central heating: all fuel costs and linen are included in the hire price. Stairgate. Pets allowed by arrangement. This property can be booked in conjunction with the adjacent Long Barn to cater for larger parties of up to 20 people - offering flexibility for family get togethers or friends reunited!
