SINCE 1989 OUR GUESTS HAVE ENJOYED HOLIDAYS HERE you'll come back as they do... we are here to make sure you have a wonderful holiday in our little corner of paradise with lively villages and all amenities close by.

This charming accommodation, originally for horses and hay storage, has been completely converted, whilst retaining its “caractère ancienne”. It is arranged on two levels, each with a wealth of exposed beams.

There are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and en-suite facilities including a razor and hairdryer socket with an adapter for an English 3 pin plug.

The first bedroom is very spacious and has a bath with shower attachment, marble topped vanity unit and a toilet. A settee and coffee table add a relaxing touch.

The second bedroom has a large shower room with marble topped vanity unit and w.c.

The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped and includes a split level oven and hob, dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dining table and chairs, with oak units and tiled work surfaces.

A door leads to your garden with table, chairs, parasol, barbecue and lighting, a delightful way spend an evening.

We're in the peaceful Lot countryside but close to all amenities.. West of the busting town of Cahors and near the lively medieval village of Montcuq.  

Our HEATED POOL has been a great success with our early and late guests, who enjoy all the benefits of an out-of-peak season holiday.

The Lot is tranquil and picturesque throughout the year. Particularly beautiful in Spring and early Summer , when butterflies along with cowslips, primroses, orchids and many unusual
wild flowers fill the meadows. Those of you interested in natural history will find the Lot Valley the next thing to paradise. Daytime temperatures can range from l8c to 22c in April to 28c in June - along with the sunshine you would expect in our part of South West of France.

Autumn, “l`arriere saison”, brings its own beauty. The countryside is spectacular. Around each corner is another vivid landscape of reds and golds. Rows of vineyards and ripening grapes dripping from the vines. The vendange - grape-picking is fêted in our nearest village with a gourmet buffet- locals and visitors alike join in to celebrate the harvest by eating, drinking and dancing the night away.
